The FBI Information Technology Supplies and Support Services (ITSSS) contract, or IT Triple S, is a $30 billion, eight year FBI IT contract that provides for the development of advanced technologies to enhance FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) operations and share information rapidly and securely with other investigative and law enforcement agencies. The ITSSS contract establishes a mechanism for providing the FBI with contractor expertise across a variety of technical disciplines, as well as material support, in order to meet mission priorities. The FBI establishes and manages a large number of projects and programs that vary in scope and complexity in support of its mission and daily operations. These include technical services as well as development projects and programs.

The FBI IT Triple S contract is a comprehensive, multiple-award, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract and is the largest contract ever awarded by the FBI. This Master Contract includes provisions for ordering Information Technology (IT) Supplies and Support Services and deliverables under multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) structures to include Time-and-Materials (T&M) and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) (both to include Incentive Fee) following General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 70.
