The wave has been building for the past several years and recent legislation as well as the challenges being faced in the economy, are forcing organizations to look for ways to cut costs while saving the environment. Virtualization is just the solution to meet these cost saving needs while saving the environment at the same time.

We are currently engaged with the FAA to consolidate the NexGen program from 12 sites down to four and reduce the physical count of servers through virtualization on VMWare Infrastructure. We are also in discussions with the Air Force to establish a desktop virtualization pilot utilizing Citrix Xen Desktop.
