Candidate should have at least 3 years experience in Program Management and Business Development. Business Development specific qualifications include the ability to demonstrate full use and application of standard sales and business development principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Supervise staff on projects located within the San Antonio Region.
  • Regular communications with staff on location to be certain there is job satisfaction and to avoid any potential issues.
  • Monitor daily performance by periodically checking with client to be certain they are satisfied and that marks are being met.
  • Conduct performance evaluations according to company guidelines.
  • Approve expense reports and submit for reimbursement to the Accounting Department.
  • Submit staff time sheets bi weekly.
  • Make certain the HR Department and the client are updated with educational certifications of staff as specified by the contract with the client.
  • Provide billing information to the Accounting department in a timely manner as required to invoice the client according to the contract requirements.
  • Provide status reports weekly to the President, Director of Operations and other team members.
  • Ensure that all projects are executed and completed on time and within budget.
  • Utilize project management skills in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing new and existing projects.
  • Develop and coordinate new business opportunities in the marketplace through continuous professional contact with existing and/or new clientele and determine and/or assists in determining client long-range needs for services and/or capital expenditures
  • Solicit qualified bid/proposal opportunities, evaluate client needs for bids and proposals and sell appropriate services.
  • Seek new markets for business development
     

Senior Virtualization Engineer

Betis Group, a leading provider of comprehensive information technology products, solutions, and services, is seeking a Senior Virtualization Systems Engineer (Virtualization SME ) with in-depth technical knowledge of server virtualization technologies to assist in the design, testing, implementation, and documentation of the virtualized systems infrastructure for a large Federal client.


Job Description:


As a Senior Virtualization Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for working on a project team to design and implement a framework that ensures a scalable, highly available, and flexible virtualized infrastructure for a large enterprise environment. Working with other subject matter experts, you will develop an architecture that will meet the needs of a Lotus Domino environment for messaging and collaboration. Employing industry best practices, you will be responsible for establishing performance optimization and a secure infrastructure. You will also play a major role in the migration of the Domino environment from the existing infrastructure into the new virtualized infrastructure. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the virtual environment, working with the operations support team to resolve performance issues, and perform capacity planning.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Systems concept formulation, detailed systems design analysis; and subsystem design analysis, component testing, load/stress testing
  • Coordinate with Lotus Domino SME(s) on integrating Lotus Domino application and companion products into a virtualized infrastructure
  • Coordinate with SAN administrator and Lotus Domino SME(s) in configuring virtualized server hosts for SAN connectivity
  • Integrate virtualized hosts with SAN-based backup and recovery solutions
  • Provide guidance on best practices for systems performance tuning and optimization of virtualized infrastructure
  • Define and configure system virtualization resource pools and limits
  • Implement industry best practices for securing the virtualized infrastructure
  • Develop systems backup scheduling and recovery testing
  • Proactive monitoring of all inter-related HW and SW components in virtualized architecture
  • Define, implement, and document automated systems maintenance routines and schedules
  • Coordination with Solutions Architects in defining and documenting standard operating procedures
  • Maintain and provide documentation updates to any baseline configuration documentation for HW or SW
  • Effectively communicate activities and risks to project management and aggressively work to resolve issues
  • Offer ideas and solutions for continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications: 

  • Must have extensive hands-on experience (3+ yrs) in deploying, managing, and supporting a virtualized infrastructure (VMWare ESX 3.X or higher) in a large enterprise environment
  • Experience with VMotion, DRS, P2V, Consolidated Backup, High Availability and Disaster recovery; experience with VMWare Site Recovery Manager is a plus
  • Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and MS Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Experience with implementing and supporting 3rd party enterprise management toolsets for virtualized infrastructures; preferably Vizioncore VCharger Pro, VRanger Pro, and VReplicator
  • Must have familiarity with provisioning the appropriate storage arrays in accordance with the proposed system design
  • Experience with NetApp Storage solutions is a plus

Novice CNE Analyst #3, STDA (E-35)

Position Description:

Supports the analysis of targeted counter-space forces/C3 nodes, networks and processes. Supports computer network attack planning and coordination.
 

Requirements:
 

Required Qualifications - Graduate of Service level Cryptography school or equivalent. Knowledge in the analysis, reporting and dissemination of critical operational intelligence. Knowledgeable of DOD Directive 8570.
 

Desired Qualifications – Prior OIF/OEF deployment preferred. CISSP Certification. Graduate of any CNO Course.
 

Clearance – TS/SCI security clearance required. CI Polygraph required.
 

Years of Exp – 3-5 years of analytical experience
 

Education – AA/AS desired.
 

Other – All analysts certify their abilities through successful completion of the novice-level JQR in accordance with the appropriate SOP within 90 days from the date of in-processing. After contractor personnel have completed approved professional training (on-the-job, in-house, or outside INSCOM), they will be required to remain on the contract at least one year after completion of training.
